Eric is a programme effectiveness leader driving excellence in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and adaptive management systems to deliver impact for children, young people, and affected communities in last 13 years within the international development and humanitarian space. He has a strong track record in steering organisation-wide data management capabilities for evidence creation and uptake to improve programme quality. During this time his roles has included programme management, digital transformation in MEL, training, research, and impact communication in leading organisations including World Vision, Human Relief Foundation, and the University of Science and Technology. Eric is a member of the UK Evaluation Society; Social Research Association, UK; and Africa Evaluation Association. He loves recreational scootering and playing football with his three children!
